Mscan Platform

The growing prominence of biosecurity threats is accompanied by an exponential increase in relevant data. However, critical biosecurity data remains fragmented across disparate sources, lacking efficient integration and utilization. We introduced a secure and user-friendly one-stop platform for microbiome scan. The platform consists of two main components:

(1) A comprehensive collection of microbial resources, including a respiratory microbiome database and an antibiotic resistance gene reference library;

(2) Advanced self-developed tools, such as a genome tracing algorithm.
